WHY NONPROFIT IT?
We understand that every dollar spent on technology is a dollar that could support your mission. We're here to help you make those dollars count.
Tell Us What You NeedOur purpose is to support nonprofits, not maximize profits.
Our service model is supported by donations. Organizations are generally responsible for hardware and third-party expenses.
We focus on sustainable, right-sized technology — not unnecessary complexity or expense.
OUR STORY
Nonprofit IT began with a simple observation: charitable organizations face many of the same technology challenges as businesses, often with far fewer resources to address them.
After years of working with nonprofits and seeing the difficult choices involved in stretching limited budgets, we saw an opportunity to do things differently.
We established Nonprofit IT as a 501(c)(3) organization to connect technical expertise with charitable purpose — so more resources can stay focused on the communities nonprofits serve.
